1. General ProvisionsThis Public Offer defines the terms and conditions for commissioning original artwork from IzArt Studio.By submitting a request, inquiry, or order via the website, social media, or direct communication, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.⸻2. Nature of the ArtworkAll artworks created by IzArt Studio are original and handmade.Custom artworks are created individually based on the Client’s request, interior concept, and the artistic vision of the Artist.Each artwork is unique and may slightly differ from sketches, previews, or digital representations.⸻3. Payment TermsTo confirm a custom order, an advance payment of 50% of the total price is required.The advance payment is non-refundable once the creative process has begun.The remaining balance is paid upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery or pickup.⸻4. TimeframesTimeframes for creating artwork are approximate and depend on the artistic process, materials, and workload.IzArt Studio makes reasonable efforts to meet the agreed timeline; however, adjustments may occur due to the creative process or unforeseen circumstances.⸻5. RevisionsThe price includes up to 1–2 minor revisions during the creative process.Significant changes to the concept, size, style, or composition may require additional payment or be considered a new order.⸻6. Colors and Visual RepresentationColors of the artwork may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.Such variations are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for refunds.⸻7. Returns and RefundsDue to the individual and custom nature of the artwork, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.⸻8. CopyrightThe purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only.All copyrights and reproduction rights remain with the Artist.IzArt Studio reserves the right to use images of completed artworks for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.⸻9. DeliveryDelivery methods, costs, and timelines are agreed individually.IzArt Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.⸻10. Force MajeureIzArt Studio shall not be held liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, governmental restrictions, security situations, natural disasters, health-related circumstances, or other unforeseen personal circumstances.In such cases, the timeframe for fulfillment may be extended accordingly.⸻11. Governing PrinciplesThis Public Offer is governed by generally accepted principles of international commercial practice.Where applicable, the laws of the State of Israel apply.⸻12.
